PlanProof is a proof-aware first-pass residential takeoff product. It is not represented as perfect no-review estimating.
Current draft status
The product provides proof-aware BOMs, proof audits, bid-safety flags, review-required lines, and excluded-scope reporting.
Users remain responsible for reviewing flagged scope before bidding, purchasing, or relying on any output for construction decisions.
Owner-builder passes are personal and non-commercial. Repeated or business-like usage should be upgraded to builder pricing.
